Delivery time

We try to deliver your order within 3 to 4 weeks (weekends not included), counted from the day after the order (indication). All our furniture is handmade to order. This means that every piece of furniture meets our strict quality requirements.

Pay attention! The delivery time is indicated for each product (indication). That can therefore also be an adjusted delivery time. We can deliver 95% of our range within 3 to 4 weeks, provided that raw materials are in stock. In some cases we are also dependent on other suppliers and / or transporters who can delay the delivery time. Third-party accessories such as throws and cushions will generally always have a slightly shorter delivery time than our own range.

Delivery

Our handmade products are heavy, so we will contact you before delivery to discuss delivery. We discuss the accessibility of the location where the furniture should be placed. The driver will place the Mini Beee furniture for you in the garden, roof terrace or on your balcony.

NOTE: If it appears on delivery that the situation is not as agreed, our driver will deliver the furniture to the front door.

Are you not completely sure about the situation and the options for delivery? Please let us know when we discuss the delivery with you. You can always send us an email with some clear photos of the situation where you want the furniture delivered. (Always state your order number in the email).

Order

After you have placed an order, it will be processed immediately. Only if you have chosen the payment method 'prepay via bank', we will wait for your payment until we process the order.

As soon as your order is ready and included in the planning, we will discuss the delivery with you. After the phonecall we send you the day with a time indication. We do this via email. Therefore, keep a close eye on your email after our phonecall. Sometimes our mail ends up in the 'junk mail' folder. Therefore, always check the Spam box if you have not received an email from us.

Transport costs Benelux

We use the following transport costs (Wadden Islands on request):

Any additional aids required for the delivery of the furniture, such as the rental of a removal lift or crane, must be arranged by the customer him or herself .

For orders under € 1,500 with a weight of 0 to 200 kg, € 90 transport costs will be charged.

NOTE: Any additional costs upon delivery, are always at the expense of the customer. These costs are always discussed with you in advance so that you will never be faced with unpleasant surprises.
