Can I change my order?

Once you've placed an order, you can't change it, but you can amend your contact and delivery details – just email [email protected]

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, as long as we haven’t started production. Just contact us and we'll cancel it and give you a full refund. It's as easy as that. Cancellations made after we've started making your item(s) is not possible. Each piece of furniture is bespoke, so if you want to cancel the order after we started  production you'll be charged the full price. This doesn't affect your statutory legal rights.

What if I don't like what I ordered?

Don't like what you received? Just contact us. You can arrange to return your item via [email protected] or WhatsApp +316 124 351 88, and we'll let you know how to return it. You have 14 days from receiving your order in which to return it. Once it gets back to us, we'll refund you. (Excluding your initial delivery charge.)

What if the item's damaged when it arrives

You must inspect your order on delivery because we'll ask you to sign a form confirming that it's in good condition. If you're not happy, let our delivery partner know, or note this on the form and contact us.

Our quality team checks your furniture to make sure it's up to the very best standards before we send it to you. But if we've missed something or sent you the wrong thing, just let us know within 14 days. It really helps if you send us a few photos of the damage or any other issues. Our team will assess your complaint and let you know how to return the item, or arrange for a collection. We'll either give you a full refund, arrange for a repair, or order you a replacement.

The cost of returns

If you need to return an item because it's faulty, or because of something we've done wrong, we won't charge you for the return/collection costs. But if you're returning an item because you've changed your mind, you'll need to pay the cost.

How long will my refund take?

For security reasons, we can only make refunds to the original payment method you used to place your order. You receive your refund typically within 5-7 days, but it may take up to 30 days. Customers can see their refund policy on the T&Cs they have with their banks.

1.1 Why are your lead times so long at the moment?
We know our lead times are not great at the moment, we’re working closely with our suppliers to reduce these. There’s currently a lot of pressure on global shipping around the world. As a result, our products are taking longer to arrive into ports. This does unfortunately mean that your dispatch date may change, or your order could be delayed, but rest assured that we’re doing all we can to get it out as quickly as possible
